Integrative Wellness Coaching is a personalized approach that looks at health from a whole-person perspective.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this approach explores how lifestyle, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, daily habits, and environmental factors interact with physical health. Many physical conditions can be expressions of deeper imbalances in the body’s overall system.
With a background in medicine, my work combines medical knowledge with an integrative perspective that considers the connection between body, mind, and lifestyle.
Through thoughtful conversation, observation, and guidance, these sessions help individuals develop a deeper understanding of their own health patterns and support gradual, sustainable changes.
This is a collaborative process. I bring medical insight, research, and guidance, while each person brings their own awareness and willingness to explore the signals of their body.
The goal is not a quick fix, but a process of awareness, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
How the process works
Initial intake questionnaire
You will receive a detailed questionnaire before the first consultation so I can understand your health history and lifestyle.
Initial consultation (60–120 minutes)
A comprehensive session to explore your situation in depth and begin outlining a personalized approach.
Follow-up sessions
Follow-ups allow us to observe changes, adjust recommendations, and support the process over time.
Sessions are held online.
